By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Rewity provides software tools that help businesses request, manage, and respond to customer reviews and communications across different channels, including email and SMS, and view related analytics and data.
We may update or modify features of the Service at any time, with or without notice, as long as the core purpose of the Service is maintained.
4. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
How you use the Service
Any content you send, upload, or generate through the Service
Making sure your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
You agree that you will not:
Use the Service for any unlawful or misleading purpose
Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages without proper consent
Harass, threaten, or abuse others
Attempt to bypass or interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Service
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service without our written permission
5. SMS, Email, and Review Requests
If you use Rewity to send SMS or email messages or to request reviews from your customers, you agree that:
You have obtained all required permissions and consents from your customers before sending messages
You will honor all opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly
Your messages comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam and telemarketing rules (for example, the TCPA and CAN-SPAM, if applicable to you)
You understand and agree that you, not Rewity, are responsible for:
The content of your messages
Ensuring that your campaigns are compliant with law and platform policies
Ensuring that reviews collected are honest and not fake, incentivized in a prohibited way, or manipulated
Rewity does not generate or guarantee positive reviews, and we do not assume responsibility for how third-party platforms treat your reviews.
6. Customer Data and Content
You may submit, upload, or sync data to the Service, including customer information, review content, messages, and other materials ("Customer Data").
You retain ownership of your Customer Data. By using the Service, you grant Rewity a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your Customer Data as needed to provide and improve the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
You have all necessary rights and permissions to provide Customer Data to us
Your Customer Data does not violate any law or the rights of any third party
7. Fees and Billing
If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription.
Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) unless otherwise stated
All payments are non-refundable unless we explicitly state otherwise
We may change our pricing with reasonable notice. Any changes will apply to your next billing cycle
If we are unable to process payment, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
8. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:
You violate these Terms, or
We suspect misuse, fraud, or security risk related to your account
You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions inside your account or contacting us. If you cancel, you will not receive a refund for any fees already paid, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may, but are not required to, retain your data for a limited period for backup or legal purposes.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content, are owned by Rewity or our licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service
Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services or platforms, such as Google, Facebook, or review sites.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, actions, or policies. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service’s own terms and privacy practices.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
The results you obtain from using the Service will meet your expectations or business goals

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Rewity, its owners, employees, or partners be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Any loss of profits, revenue, or data
Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rewity and our officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:
